Assurance.Support is an independent software-assurance organization created to help close the trust gap between rapid AI-assisted software development and responsible business adoption.

Our mission

More people can build software today than at any point in history. That is genuinely good: useful applications now come from founders, domain experts, and small teams who would never have written them a decade ago. But the businesses asked to adopt these applications have no reliable way to tell a well-built application from a fragile one — and builders have no practical way to prove the difference.

Assurance.Support exists to provide that proof. We connect software creators with experienced developers who inspect the application, identify risks, recommend fixes, independently retest, and issue a version-specific verification when the application meets our published standard. We do not certify people, and we do not sell badges — we review specific applications, at specific versions, within documented scopes, and we publish the result.

How we operate

Policies that protect the verification

A verification is only worth what the process behind it enforces.

Reviewer independence

Reviewers may not hold a financial interest in applications they review. Remediation work is structurally separated from verification: when fixes are performed by an associated remediation team, a different reviewer conducts final retesting and makes the verification decision. No one approves work they participated in fixing.

Confidentiality

Source code and technical materials are accessed through time-limited, read-only credentials under a confidentiality agreement, are never shared outside the assigned review team, and are not retained after the engagement beyond the records needed to support the verification decision. Public records contain no source code.

Responsible disclosure

Vulnerabilities discovered during review are disclosed privately to the application owner with clear remediation guidance. We do not publish vulnerability details. If a finding affects third parties, we work with the owner on a responsible notification path before any verification decision is finalized.

Conflict-of-interest policy

Reviewers must disclose any relationship with an applicant — prior employment, investment, personal connection, or competing product — before an engagement begins. Disclosed conflicts result in reassignment. Assurance.Support does not accept compensation contingent on a verification outcome.
